On 4 January 2021, a new cantonal Covid-19 test centre opened in the Rosenberg church in Winterthur. It responds to the increased demand for coronavirus tests seen in recent weeks and further expands testing capacity in the canton of Zurich.

On behalf of the canton of Bern, Eurobus AG and knechtcare operated the COVID-19 testing facility on the BEA site in Bern. Doctors in the canton of Bern who were unable to carry out tests themselves, or who needed an alternative testing infrastructure, were able to refer patients meeting the FOPH criteria to the mobile test centre.

An airlift was set up for the cantons of Zurich and Aargau to fly urgently needed protective equipment for the healthcare sector to Switzerland with Swiss. On behalf of the Gesundheitsdirektion des Kanton Zürichs, the Kantonsapotheke Zürich and the canton of Aargau, the Knecht Group – knechtcare / Welti-Furrer – established an airlift from China to Switzerland.
