Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games

The Olympic Games begin on Friday, 23 July 2021 and take place in Tokyo. Tokyo is the vibrant capital of Japan and, with around 38 million inhabitants, the largest city in the world. The Olympic Games feature 33 sports, and around 11,300 athletes from 206 countries are expected.

Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, no spectators are admitted to the Olympic Games. Strict entry requirements as well as hygiene and testing rules apply to the athletes throughout the event. Staff from Spitex 24 AG test athletes from various countries for possible Covid-19 infection. Our sincere thanks for the trust placed in us, for the exceptionally pleasant collaboration and for the great commitment shown by everyone involved.

Covid-19 vaccinations for more than 5,000 people in the canton of Zurich

On behalf of the Zurich Health Directorate, knechtcare is vaccinating more than 5,000 people in almost 70 homes across the canton of Zurich using mobile vaccination teams. For the teams this means logistically and organisationally demanding work requiring a great deal of precision and sensitivity. We are currently administering the Pfizer/BioNTech mRNA vaccine “Comirnaty”, which has to be stored at minus 80° C.

We are pleased to be able to contribute to fighting the pandemic in the canton of Zurich. More news on Covid-19 activities here.
